Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. Orders received after 2:30 P.M. EST will be shipped the next business day. In most cases we will ship your package within 24 hours of receipt of your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that your package has been shipped.
You will have the option of choosing your own shipping method. We utilize Federal Express, United Parcel Service, and The United States Postal Service. Delivery fees will vary depending on the service you choose.
We only ship online orders to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available on orders placed by phone or in person. Certain restrictions apply. Call us at (614) 291-9528 for details.
Returns
The Student Book Exchange (SBX) is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction! If you are unhappy with any purchase, for any reason, you may ship it back to us, at your cost, for an exchange or refund.
Items are eligible to be returned for 30 days after the original purchase date. Items must be in new, saleable condition. CD’s and DVD’s must be in original unopened packaging to be eligible for exchange or refund. No refunds will be issued for any item purchased on sale. All Sales Are Final On Items Sold At A Discount. Other items not eligible for return are caps, gowns, tassels, graduations announcements, or gift certificates.
Refunds will be processed once we have the returned item(s) in our possession. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when the refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued in the amount of the purchase price only. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the original purchase was made.
Please include a copy of your original invoice when making an exchange or refund. Please also include specific information with the exchange or return explaining what you want to do – i.e. “I would like a refund” or “Please exchange for a size Large”.
SBX recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to SBX or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Whenever possible, please use the original carton and packing material for your return.
