Buying textbooks
Stop by our store located at 1806 North High Street on the corner of
14th and High. You will find metered parking available within close proximity
to the store. You may also complete our online
reservation form or call
us at 614-291-9528 and we will be happy to pull your books and set them
aside for pick-up. If you want to have your textbooks delivered to you,
we take orders over the telephone at the aforementioned phone number or
toll free at 1-877-4-SBX-OSU.
Bring your class schedule with you when purchasing your textbooks. It
also helps to have the course call number and the instructor for your
section.

How to get a refund
- We gladly offer refunds and exchanges.
- Bring in the sales receipt to
verify where and when purchase was made. No refunds can be given
without the sales receipt.
- Return new merchandise in original new purchase condition
with no markings and binding
intact. Class notes packets, music
CDs, electronics
parts kits,
software
and multimedia products are returnable
in their original unopened packaging only.
- Please stop by, e-mail, or call the store to find out what the return
deadline is for the current quarter. We gladly offer refunds and exchanges
on most bookstore merchandise purchased and returned at the beginning
of the term.
- We're sorry, but we cannot
offer refunds at any time for special orders
We will immediately exchange most defective
store merchandise returned with
a receipt. The store
